Jessica Inglis is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-R).She graduated from Fordham University in 2006 and with a B.A. in psychology in 1999. She has worked a school social worker for the last 6 years. Additionally, her experience has included outpatient and inpatient clinical settings. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She is bilingual. She speaks English and Spanish.
Jessica is interested in working with young children who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger issues, school performance and behavior issues. In addition, she works with adults who are struggling with relationship/marital issues, grief, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative and established in openness, trust, honesty and humor. She is committed to offering a compassionate, safe and non judgmental space to work to help you feel empowered to live your most authentic life. She utilizes evidenced based treatment approaches that include Mindfulness based treatment, Cognitive Behavior therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, culturally sensitive person centered and strength based approaches.

Her goal is to assist and help provide you with the tools you need to cope and manage daily stressors.

teacher, she now works with adolescents as a school counselor.
She utilizes solution-focused, strengths based approach to co-facilitate change when working
with individuals, including teens and adults, experiencing work-related stress, life transitions, relationship and self-esteem issues, trauma, and anxiety. Cognitive behavior and person-
centered therapy are the modalities that Jennifer uses to support client’s during their journey towards healing and growth.

Wonda Perez is a trained EMDR Mental Health Counselor with a Limited Permit in the state of New York. She graduated from University at Buffalo and earned her Certificate of Advanced Study of Mental Health Counseling. She attended Mercy College where she earned her Master’s degree in School Counseling in 2009. She is EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) trained.
Wonda is compassionate and supportive in providing the tools necessary to help those who want to overcome the struggles that have stagnated their daily lives. She is a strong believer that you are an expert of your own life. She enjoys working with adults and adolescents. Additionally, she has experience working with elders who struggle with depression and anxiety. She has been described as a great listener who is nonjudgemental and works on building a trusting relationship with her clients.

Shannon Mchugh,

Shannon Mchugh is a trained EMDR and Brainspotting therapist licensed in the state of New York. She received her Masters' degree in Social Work from Fordham University in 2016. She earned a dual bachelor's degree in African and Latino Studies and Sociology from SUNY Oneonta in 2006. She currently is a Human Rights commissioner for her city and has traveled across the world pursuing the opportunity to assist others.
She has worked passionately in the human services field for the past eighteen years gaining skills in supporting a broad range of individuals in a variety of spaces. Shannon is excited to offer her skills set to young children, adolescents, adults, families and couples who are struggling with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, school performance, relationship/marital issues, sex and intimacy issues and daily life stressors. With cultural competency and mindfulness, her approaches are rooted in those she serves being their best expert, meeting every individual where they are on their journey in a respectful, judgment-free, compassionate, strength-based space, supporting them on a path they can take joy in celebrating in. By paying homage to the fact that each of us is coping with navigating simply being human, together we can challenge and reframe many of the spaces we are faced with. We cannot always control the changes that have happened in our lives, but we can control how those changes impact us. Her goal is to be a trusted, unwavering, safe support on your journey.

She believes that the basis of any treatment is, to begin with building trust and understanding between client and therapist. The client is an active collaborator in the treatment process, so once trust has been established, exploration and utilization of techniques will be used. The techniques range from mindfulness and imagery to positive psychology and goal setting.

Developmental Psychology from the City of New York School of Professional Studies. She has experience counseling in a nonprofit behavioral health clinic. She understands, speaks, and
writes in English, Spanish, and French.

the creation of goals and strife for well-being. Ilyssa believes that it is important for each
